Really good Boutique Experience

The building showcased beautiful, warm, and classic decor including tasteful Christmas decorations. Our king room was quite large. The bed offered super comfort for restful sleep. Breakfast had many choices and attentive service. The staff members were always cheerful and ready to assist with any requests.

The gym would benefit from additional equipment. I noticed only basic machines and would appreciate free weights.

the staff helped with our bags from the car to my room. i booked a massage a day before and secured an appointment. the massage therapist provided excellent service for both my daughter and me. the restaurant has amazing options and the setting in the inside courtyard is Good.

the hotel charged us for a taxi that never came. i found this to be VERY disappointing.

the room i booked, a beautiful double room two double beds, felt a bit dated. some of the furniture showed wear and tear. the bathroom fixtures could use an update too. also, the breakfast service was slow, it took a while to get our order each morning. i found it frustrating.

The restaurant provided excellent meals and the staff was excellent from reception to housekeeping. the hotel is charming, with warm ambiance. I will stay there again. the hotel location is good for exploring. it is a great boutique hotel with about 40 bedrooms in total.

the hotel arranged a taxi for pickup that never arrived and i was still charged. i found this quite disappointing.
