i booked an opera superior room it looked different from the advertising photos. i immediately asked the front desk about the balcony shown. i learned the pictures are a common misconception the hotel actually provides.

The location is superb. I found it easy to walk to many attractions. my room had an amazingly comfortable mattress, assuring a restful night. breakfast offered such a good array of choices to properly begin each day.
the room seemed warm, and i struggled to regulate the temperature.

the staff were very friendly and helpful, my ac didn't work initially, but they moved me to another room. it was even cooler the next day because a technician checked the floor's ac. i opted for breakfast and they had a great selection including excellent coffee. a convenience store was across the street and a tapas bar was just around the corner.
my so called "smart room" felt overpriced for its small size. it made it difficult to position my luggage for two people to stand upright together. the bed was boxed in, so one of us had to crawl over the other to get out.

The location was certainly a highlight. I was able to walk to many attractions easily. The breakfast selection was also good with excellent coffee. The staff were very friendly and helpful as well.
My room decor seemed quite dated. The furniture was an assortment of units. I also found there was no proper food service available. The room was also quite small and a bit cramped.
