serene escape
self check-in door code easy arrival
the self-check-in process suited me. i appreciated receiving the door code because it made arrival easy. the location proved wonderful. it provided a restful break following my busy days.
The stairs were challenging with luggage. access to the rooms was difficult with heavier suitcases. There was no elevator.

while the hotel itself lacks dining facilities, numerous cafes and restaurants surround it. these options are accessible. guests have abundant choices for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. we loved the food there but the prices were a little bit higher.

spacious room clean room comfortable bed water supply lack of communication water situation
The room was spacious and very clean. The bed was really comfortable. A large bath was included and added to the comfort. The view from the room was also very nice.
There was no water supply for an entire day of my stay. I feel the hotel would have known about these works. I think communication about the water situation should have occurred. This lack of water affected showering, toilet use, hand washing and drinking.

central location clean room heated floor personal hygiene items noisy ventilation missing opener
The location was central and convenient. The room was clean. I found the heating system in the bathroom floors quite nice.
There were no personal hygiene items, not even a toothbrush. The ventilation system in the room was noisy and disturbed my sleep. The two complimentary water bottles needed a bottle opener, but the room lacked one.

The room was great initially, but some issues surfaced. The floor heating in the bathroom did not work. I reported it, but received no follow-up (they completely ignored me).

amazing stay!
perfect location metro stop lovely staff comfortable bed
The location is genuinely perfect. It's so close to everything! a metro stop right outside is super convenient. the cleaning staff was so lovely. They offered to clean and restock coffee pods daily. the room had a beautiful design just like in the pictures! the bed was huge and very comfortable. the shower had great water pressure and was easy to use.
The self check-in uses a code, but i had to wait a bit in the sun to get the code. it was only about 20 minutes though. Not a big deal!

The cleaning staff were friendly and helpful. they offered to restock the coffee pods each day and they were very efficient! the team ensured a clean and tidy environment. I really appreciate that.

digital service outside noise
the digital service felt impersonal. the chatbot was not very helpful when i inquired about a room change. also, the noise from outside at night was quite noticeable. soundproofing could be better..
