superb stay
clear communication fantastic venue beautiful room perfect location
i found the communication very clear. the suggested venues proved fantastic. the room styling was beautifully done. the location worked perfectly for my needs.
The living room could use additional seating. The existing couch is rather small for a hotel that accommodates four people.

The unit was not cleaned properly. Food remained in the fridge. Cardboard coasters on the table looked used. SOME stains covered them. Air conditioning did not cool the hotel WELL. The temperature was about 24C in the living room.

ideal location and immaculate design
modern apartment comfortable beds great facility walking distance
i liked the modern apartment. it had great facilities. the beds were comfortable. everywhere was in walking distance so that was really useful.
the air conditioning was not very powerful. i was hoping it would cool the room down more effectively. the sunlight made it warmer.

the sightseeing tours are very close. there's a lovely cafe just next door with friendly staff. restaurants and bars offer plenty of choice. this really is a prime area.

food residue weak air conditioning
The unit wasn't cleaned properly before i arrived. food was left in the fridge and freezer. cardboard coasters on the table looked used. They had some stains. also, the air conditioning didn't cool the place down well enough, and it was quite warm in the living room and bedroom.

Immaculate Apartment Near Royal Mile
easy access full length mirror
The apartment was newly refurbished with great design. It felt brand new and was immaculate. I appreciated the thoughtful details like the full length mirror and the steamer for clothes. Easy access using the code was convenient (I did not have to worry about keys).
The air conditioning did not cool the hotel effectively. I had hoped for better cooling from a hotel advertised as air conditioned.

The apartment included a washer and dryer which was very useful. The entrance hall was cute. The location is close to many restaurants and pubs (which I found very convenient).

There was a good coffee and sandwich shop next door. The apartment had practically a full kitchen. It contained everything I needed for a comfortable stay and to prepare a meal.
