a few issues mar the experience
faulty elevator breakfast variety
The elevator seemed like a death trap. It stopped between floors more than once. i preferred the stairs after a while, even to the third floor after a day of walking. breakfast was a gamble. Some days it was fine, other days the selection felt inadequate. one morning, i swear the sweets vanished within minutes and were not replenished.

the location was great for walking to attractions. breakfast was a buffet, with a variety of choices. i enjoyed the room (it was a beautiful double room) and its cleanliness.
the elevator was slow. (but i used stairs!).

mixed feelings about my recent stay
dust problem faulty lights
the location was undeniably convenient.
i had several issues (it's always something, isn't it?). the room felt quite dark because some lights did not work. also, dust was everywhere, especially since i am a bit allergic.

excellent stay near charles bridge
helpful receptionist welcome basket american options picturesque view
i had a train journey and arrived for check-in. the receptionist was polite and explained the amenities. a welcome basket awaited me in my room, it was filled with wine, beer, and chocolates. breakfast featured delicious american options. i took my food to the room and savored breakfast, admiring the view from my room.
i noticed some lights in my room were not operating. i had to ask for them to be fixed several times.

the hotel has a perfect location, as it is right in the heart of the city center. it offers a fine view of the surrounding buildings, enchanting during sunset and relaxing at night as people walk by.

amazing stay!
tram access great location quiet area
trams stop right outside the hotel that go everywhere. we used tram 22 to the city and tram 15 to the main train station! the area has small shops and restaurants. charles bridge is only a five-minute walk away. i really loved the quiet side of the city.
the hotel did not have its own parking. i asked in advance if they could recommend places with payment and addresses. the closest one was a 30-minute walk to the other side of charles bridge. it was a really inconvenient experience.

the hotel is near many important tourist attractions. there is a tram station next to it, and the metro station is only a five-minute walk. this makes accessing other parts of the city very easy.
