fantastic stay near charles bridge

perfect location friendly staff delicious breakfast
I loved the hotel's location. It was perfect for exploring. the staff were friendly, and they were always happy to help us with a smile. breakfast offered plenty of choices, and it was delicious. the room was beautifully designed. It was super clean and very comfortable too. the entire hotel had a very relaxing atmosphere.
the air conditioning unit didn't work properly . the room temperature never went below 26 degrees, and it was hard to sleep. i reported this, but no alternative room or fan was available.

our standard double or twin room featured very effective soundproofing. it ensured a peaceful stay, shielded from any outside noise, we slept really well, and the room was always clean.

Really good Location and Service

perfect location helpful receptionist useful tip excellent breakfast
I found the hotel's location ideal, very close to the Charles Bridge. A receptionist was helpful and cute. He provided useful local tips and assisted with parking arrangements. Breakfast was excellent, a great start to the day.
The absence of an elevator might pose a challenge with heavy luggage or mobility issues.

Excellent Experience!

excellent location delicious breakfast great pillows pleasant service
I enjoyed the location very much! It was just a few minutes from the Charles Bridge. The pillows in the room were excellent plus the breakfast had many delicious options, I had such a great experience. The ladies at breakfast provided courteous, pleasant service, so lovely!
The air conditioning unit read 18 degrees, though the room never went below 26 degrees. It was a struggle to sleep at night, I found this very disappointing.

Really good Stay Near Charles Bridge

The location is excellent. Charles Bridge is just a short walk away. The breakfast was superb. There were many options available. The staff were helpful. We were pleased with the room, it was spacious and comfortable.
The bed was a little firm, though overall a really nice stay.
