mixed feelings about this hotel
uncomfortable bed difficult access
the location was central , making it easy to get around.
The bed was quite uncomfortable , the mattress felt very hard like sleeping on the floor. accessing the hotel after hours was also difficult . The combination i was given to the lock outside did not work and i was lucky someone opened the main door. the luggage storage was just leaving the luggage on the floor in reception.

wonderful city stay
birthday surprise spacious room central location
the staff gave my boyfriend a lovely birthday surprise in our room I thought that was so sweet the room was also quite spacious with nice decorations our room faced a quiet courtyard the location made it easy to reach local attractions I really appreciated that the hotel cleaned our room daily and provided new towels that was helpful.

the room featured ample storage space and comfortable armchairs the beds were comfortable ensuring a good night's sleep each night i noticed that the room was very clean.

the location offered easy access to many monuments and public transport options this made exploring the city very convenient we found a lot of restaurants located close to the hotel which was quite nice.

the hotel provides a welcome gift the fitness section was very clean offering a good space for exercise breakfast was served daily in an elegant dining room it was a great start to each day.

friendly receptionist perfect location
The room was clean and quiet. The receptionist was friendly. I appreciated the location of the hotel because it was perfect. The hotel provided great value for the money.

Acceptable Location, Some Disappointing Room Issues
brick wall cobwebs
The location is central and convenient to major attractions.
The room I was assigned was not excellent at all. The view consisted of nothing but a brick wall, maybe 2 meters away. Not exactly inspiring. I found cobwebs in the corners of the room, a clear sign that housekeeping wasn't paying attention.
