amazing location and comfortable rooms!
short walk helpful staff quiet room easy taxi
i was excited about the location it was a short walk to the train station parks and museums restaurants were close by too. the room included everything i needed and i found it quiet even near busy streets. i thought the receptionist was helpful she arranged a taxi to the airport for me that was easy and on time.

the rooms feature modern decor and offer a comfortable stay with clean towels available daily i also liked the comfortable beds. the bathrooms were newly refurbished offering good quality fixtures.

this hotel is situated in a great area i walked to the city center with ease. the hotel is near the prado museum retiro park and atocha station for travel i found this really useful. a free bus line stops very close to the hotel i took advantage of this service.

reception staff speak english very well and were very helpful . the staff accommodated me when i wanted to switch a non refundable stay due to a general strike. they were very friendly and helpful i would definitely return.

the hotel is open 24 hours which is convenient for late arrivals or early departures. luggage storage is available for both early check in and after check out i found this useful. the elevator served all floors providing easy access.

excellent location reasonable price friendly recommendation
I found the location beneficial, especially for visiting galleries. It's very central. the price seemed quite reasonable for what was offered, especially considering its location near major attractions.
during my stay, i found the noise levels from other guests quite disruptive. the sounds of plumbing specifically kept me awake, as the pipes seemed to run directly through my room.

the accommodation provides luggage storage at a very cheap price. it also featured a 24/7 desk service. this ensured assistance was always available, regardless of the time.
