Fantastic Hotel Experience!
attentive staff light system walkable area
I experienced perfection . The staff members were very friendly to our needs. My room had a towel warming rack (this was so great!), a sophisticated light and curtains system, and a very fancy toilet. The hotel location is walkable and is in a great area.
The room service food wasn't good.
Facilities

The warm pool thrilled the grandkids, and mothers enjoyed the workout facilities. Excellent shopping is nearby. The BHV department store sits across the street, and the metro station is just steps away. (How convenient!)

The rooms are relatively spacious, adhering to standards. I noted relaxing color palettes utilized throughout the entire hotel. The room's design and layout were well thought out, providing every amenity one could ask for in a top-class hotel.
