I liked the front desk service, as they helped with taxi arrangements. The breakfast included a wide choice of foods. My room included complimentary water, a snack tray, and drinks available for purchase.
The elevator was very slow.

the location is convenient close to major attractions and metro lines. i found the staff cute and ready to help with any request i had. the room was clean and well maintained throughout my stay i noticed thoughtful design and attention to detail in the room.
the elevator was quite slow and small so i preferred to use the stairs

quiet streetfraying rughousekeeping cart
the location was acceptable being on a quiet street.
I found the decor to be outdated. the furnishings seemed shoddy, particularly the fraying rug that left jute pieces everywhere. I was not pleased with this. housekeeping left the cart in front of the elevator most of the day, a significant inconvenience.
