lovely room plentiful breakfast metro station
i noticed the room decorations were lovely. it felt special with attention paid to details. the breakfast was also plentiful with many cakes and pastries. the location was really good for exploring, near restaurants and a metro station.
my room felt a little small.

small room inconvenient elevator
the breakfast was acceptable and had a decent variety of options.
The room i booked was quite small. there was barely enough space to move around, especially with luggage. the elevator did not stop directly at each floor (a bizarra stop), requiring me to navigate stairs with my bags. This was particularly inconvenient.

Charming Stay Near the Metro
friendly staff clean room comfortable bed
The staff was very friendly and helpful . The room was quite clean and appointed beautifully with everything needed. I liked that I could check in early to leave my bags before exploring the city. The beds were comfortable for a good night's rest.
The elevator only stopping between floors was somewhat inconvenient. I had to navigate a narrow staircase often. This could present challenges for some guests.

Acceptable Stay with Definite Drawbacks
too small room slow breakfast service
The location near the metro was definitely convenient.
The room was much too small. I booked a 'Classic Double Room', it felt cramped. The breakfast service was really slow. Tables were not cleared promptly and I often had to ask for coffee refills.

charming and helpful
quality bedding clean bathrooms
i loved the high quality bedding , it was particularly comfortable. the bathrooms were clean with good toiletries , i felt very pampered.

large bath towels gluten-free options narrow staircase ineffective elevator
the room was clean. bath towels were large. the continental breakfast had varied fruits, meats, cheeses and breads. gluten-free options were available upon request.
the elevator stops between floors. it was necessary to go up and down stairs. the room size was tiny. the room felt even smaller with an extra bed inside.
