Excellent Hotel Experience
comfortable beds larger room helpful staff sitting space
The hotel features comfortable beds and a slightly larger room than expected. I found the staff very kind and helpful with directions (they really know the city). I also appreciated the sitting space on the main floor. Breakfast is served in that same room.
The elevator is very small. It barely fits one person with luggage.

small room poor soundproofing
The location was near the metro The room was clean
The room I got was quite small I barely had space for my luggage It was like a budget airline seat, just slightly less legroom The bathroom was equally compact I nearly knocked over the sink trying to turn around the soundproofing was not good I heard every word from the hallway.

the hotel is near multiple metro stations and restaurants. staff kept my luggage after checkout (a very convenient service).

a lovely experience!
warm welcome smooth process well-equipped room
william at reception provided a warm welcome. the check-in process was smooth and efficient. the room was clean! it was also well-equipped, which really met my needs.
i didn't love that the room lacked a view though the location was perfect! though the parking was expensive.

small room and inconsistent service
narrow stairway inconsistent service
The elevator only goes to the fifth floor. my room was on the sixth floor, so i had to carry my luggage up a narrow staircase. i also saw ants in the bathroom. i did not expect this from a hotel, especially considering the price per night. the service at the front desk varied greatly depending on who was working. Some staff were more helpful than others, leading to an inconsistent experience.
