a lovely experience!
warm welcomesmooth processwell-equipped room
william at reception provided a warm welcome. the check-in process was smooth and efficient. the room was clean! it was also well-equipped, which really met my needs.
i didn't love that the room lacked a view though the location was perfect! though the parking was expensive.

small room and inconsistent service
narrow stairwayinconsistent service
my room was on the sixth floor, so i had to carry my luggage up a narrow staircase. i also saw ants in the bathroom. i did not expect this from a hotel, especially considering the price per night. the service at the front desk varied greatly depending on who was working. Some staff were more helpful than others, leading to an inconsistent experience.
