french channel strange policy
The location was good. It was close to a large subway station, which i guess made it easy enough to reach different spots.
My room felt cramped. There wasn't much space to move around. the tv only had french channels, some with english subtitles. plus, they had a strange policy of taking your room key every time you left, it just felt a bit odd and not very secure to me.

convenient location friendly assistance modern design
the location proved convenient. the staff provided friendly assistance. the room offered a modern design and cleanliness. i was particularly impressed by the proximity to major attractions and the nearby subway station.
the pillows were a bit too soft for my liking.

the hotel is very near an opera house. public transportation is very easy to access from this spot. there are bus and metro stops directly in front, besides a large train station, a starbucks, and a carrefour nearby, super useful.

david at the reception was very kind. he gave answers patiently and stored my baggage. the staff demonstrated flexibility and hospitality, and i felt genuinely cared for . that was lovely.

The breakfast was tasty and sufficient. there were plenty of coffee options from a machine. The juice was fresh and quite good. the room had high-quality linen, so nice.

kind staff perfect location easy exploring
the hotel shines because of its kind staff. they are helpful and always ready with a smile. the location is perfect. i could explore many wonderful city spots.
the room was a little small, it made moving around with luggage difficult.
