Decent Stay with Some Downsides
small room limited breakfast
The room, a Superior Double Room, felt somewhat smaller than expected, a common issue. I also encountered an unexpected issue with the minibar. It was not refilled daily, which I found disappointing. The staff could have been more attentive to this detail. the breakfast area was small. Some items seemed very limited during peak hours.

fantastic stay!
great location delicious breakfast friendly staff welcome plunge pool
i really appreciated the location it was near restaurants and shops. i found the breakfast selection very nice and tasty. the staff were helpful and very friendly. after a long day exploring, the plunge pool was a welcome treat i used it every day.
the bar and restaurant were closed, so i missed out on the hotel atmosphere

the beautiful double or twin room was well-laid out and spacious for a city location. it had everything i needed including a good power shower. the bed felt very comfortable, allowing a restful night's sleep after sightseeing.

The hotel provides a lovely spa area with a small pool available . a steam room also exists. This provided a fantastic way to relax after walking. i found the availability of these amenities to be very beneficial.

street noise was an issue
street noise spa closure
The location of this place is good. Many places are within walking distance.
Street noise was terrible. the windows must be single-paned. i heard people outside the bars all night on saturday. delivery trucks and garbage trucks were loud early every morning. the spa was closed. This closure was the main reason i booked this hotel, and it had repairs.

The hotel room was neat and the bathroom always clean.
The room i was given was just too small. There was not enough storage space for my luggage. It made moving around a hassle, so it was a little disappointing.

Mediocre experience. Staff issues
inattentive staff cramped room
The staff was not particularly helpful. I had difficulty getting basic requests fulfilled. One morning, I asked for an extra towel, and it took three calls and over an hour to arrive. This level of inattention. It was SUPER frustrating, especially at the price. The 'superior double room' was smaller than I expected and felt cramped.

charming stay
clean hotel helpful staff quiet room lovely terrace
The hotel was clean and well-kept. the staff were helpful. They provided quick service (i really appreciated their attentiveness!). the room was comfortable and quiet. breakfast had good choices and the terrace was lovely.
The spa wasn't open. It was closed for repairs, so i couldn't experience the pool.

the breakfast buffet provided varied options to start the day, and i found the coffee especially good. the staff provided beverages and assisted with replenishing the buffet. the outdoor seating area offered a pleasant space for eating.

the receptionists provided directions and printed maps upon request, offering helpful assistance with smiles. the hotel staff greeted me warmly upon arrival and departure. housekeeping provided excellent daily service and even checked in for additional cleaning.

the spa had a small heated pool, a sauna, and a turkish hammam (i really enjoyed this part!). the hotel offered several rooms and bars. there was an outdoor seating area to enjoy the ambiance.
