central location lovely staff

I appreciated the central location near Grands Boulevards. The room was clean and the staff were lovely. I could easily walk to many attractions. They offered coffee and water stations, a big plus.

I noticed croissants and coffee were available each morning in the lobby (a simple but welcome offering). This allowed for a quick refreshment before heading out for the day. The quality was reasonable for a complimentary service.

The hotel's location is quite convenient. A metro station is nearby, as are several bus stops. One can easily walk to Galeries Lafayette along a main road in about twenty minutes. I found several restaurants close by.

The room included soft towels. It was also modern and had effective air conditioning. The bed was comfortable (I got great sleep). The hotel's quiet surroundings really contributed to the restful environment.

The hotel staff were helpful and cute. They willingly responded to every request courteously and professionally. I was able to leave my luggage both before check-in and after check-out. That helped me explore without burden.

the staff were all smiles and super helpful the free coffee and water were a great touch. the room had a king size bed that was super comfy and lots of space. it was also nice to see that the location was close to the metro and everything was easy to get to.

the heater made a bit of noise at night.

noise disturbance inadequate response

The air conditioning was REALLY noisy. It made noise even when turned off. The reception was called, and they said someone would come to help us soon. NOBODY came to the room. We called reception again, but they did not answer. We went to the front desk, and the employee assured us that a colleague would come within 10 minutes to fix the problem. Ultimately, we did not see anyone. There was no response to this annoying problem (it was a disruptive experience). We endured significant noise disturbance from the air conditioning throughout our stay. It was disappointing and not very customer-friendly.

The location was superb. Free coffee and pastries were available at reception (a nice touch!). The rooms were impeccably clean, a testament to the hotel's commitment to hygiene. The staff were friendly and accommodating.

The bathroom had a slight canal odor and the sink drained slowly. I probably should have mentioned it.
