mixed experience with some drawbacks
awkward layout small room
the room felt cramped. the layout was awkward with the shower essentially in the bedroom (i felt exposed when drying off). the staff, while friendly, didn't fully compensate for these structural issues.

friendly staff free upgrade modern features
the staff knew my name upon arrival, a very nice touch. i was given a free upgrade to a suite, a lovely gesture. the hotel has modern features including tv, usb sockets, a nespresso machine, and a safe.
the breakfast space felt a bit small. there was a line.

The reception staff provided excellent service. They quickly and efficiently addressed all requests. the housekeeping service maintained a high standard of cleanliness throughout my stay. staff members were always polite and helpful.

friendly staff slanted walls
the staff proved friendly and helpful. they offered useful meal suggestions and directions to local restaurants. our room was on the top floor with slanted walls! very charming.
the elevator proved slow. i often chose to take the stairs instead

Acceptable Stay with Noticeable Issues
cramped room inconsistent shower
the location was quite convenient for accessing nearby attractions.
The room i was assigned felt cramped. Even moving around was difficult. the bathroom was especially disappointing. The shower lacked consistent water pressure and temperature. the breakfast area was also too small to accommodate all guests at once, sometimes forcing me to wait.

SUPERB Stay Near EVERYTHING
helpful staff suite upgrade usb sockets nespresso machine
I appreciated the helpful staff. They offered great directions. The hotel surprised me with a Suite upgrade upon my arrival, SUCH a nice touch. The room was modern and clean. It featured USB sockets plus a Nespresso machine. I liked that the room also had a safe.
The elevator WAS very slow. It reminded me of a long wait sometimes. This is really just a minor thing though.

The breakfast was good and delicious EVERY morning of my stay. The selection included various pastries and fresh fruit. I also noted there were hot options and great coffee.
