the location was amazing. i really appreciated how close it was to public transportation options, especially for getting to tourist spots. the hotel also gave good discounts for local restaurants. i found this particularly useful for trying new places to eat.
the room i was in had zero isolation. i could hear a lot of noise from around the area which was a bit distracting.

The room included a coffee maker with coffee bags and I found it so convenient. I was also pleased with the number of towels in my king room, it was REALLY luxurious.
I was a little disappointed in some aspects of the hotel. There were no vending machines available, a small inconvenience. the shower head was QUITE low for me, it made washing my hair a bit difficult.

The location was convenient. The proximity to key attractions allowed easy exploration (I really appreciated that!). The front desk staff was consistently helpful and polite. The rooms were also very clean and well-kept.
The room I had faced the interior courtyard. This meant I heard the constant hum of the air conditioning unit throughout the day. The noise made sleeping difficult. The hotel's parking situation was quite expensive. I encountered some homeless people outside the hotel, concerning.

The room was clean, a detail I greatly appreciated. I was greeted with a lovely goodie bag upon arrival adding a special touch to my stay. Water bottles were replenished every day. The staff were very cute. I found them helpful .
I noticed some wear and tear on the baseboards. This could use attention.

I stayed in a terrific room, a premier king room! the room felt spacious and bright. i especially liked the location. It was super close to everything. the team offered sightseeing info, it was really helpful.
the wifi connection was a problem. it was quite unstable, which wasn't great. it made finding the place a little tricky. the air conditioning made constant noises. this was very bad.

The Premier King Room was spacious. The in-room refrigerator was very useful (I could store my leftovers!). The hotel's location was fantastic because it was close to key entertainment.
The hotel has some weird stairs. They made it unpleasant to go up with heavy luggage.
