stylin' stay
friendly staff perfect location comfy bed
i thought the staff was totally friendly and ready to give advice when asked. the location works great, is pretty safe, and the bed felt comfy. i really had no problem checking in or out, very well designed and appointed art-boutique hotel, rooftop access overlooking everything.
my room was a bit small for what i paid even if its the concept. some items needed fixing in the room. toilet paper was thinner than a sheet of paper.

cooperative staff security staff small room impractical sink
The location was excellent. It was close to all transportation. security staff stayed at the entrance. I felt safe. all staff seemed happy and cooperative.
The bed was placed right next to the window. It was difficult to move comfortably around it. the sink was in the room instead of the bathroom. This was impractical. the rooms were rather small.

central location public transport small room cramped space
the location was central, and i could easily access public transport (bart was just around the corner).
The room was too small. I felt a bit cramped, especially with the bed right against the window (i almost tripped trying to get out). it made moving around difficult.

friendly staff clean hotel fast wi-fi
The staff was very friendly and helpful!!! The hotel and rooms were super clean, that is a BIG plus. The fast, free wi-fi allowed me to work without any interruptions.
The elevators seemed VERY slow, sometimes making me late.

The third floor entrance area includes self-check-in kiosks. The area reminded me of home with nice design furniture plus a tv and sofa area. Great social connection is possible here.

The continental breakfast offered a good daily selection. The bar area was comfortable. Staff provided free drink coupons on arrival as a nice touch.

The room has a tablet controlling the lights. The lights allowed color changes. Streaming from my phone to the tv was easy. The window view was great.

The hotel is near various transportation options. It is close to the streetcar and public transport. Shopping centers are nearby and require no transport.

small room bathroom smell
the location worked fine for getting around, i guess.
the room was shockingly small. there was definitely a weird smell in the bathroom and the air conditioning seemed to recycle that smell. it was not a pleasant experience to breathe in there.
