The gym was a nice size and had all the basic equipment I needed.
I was annoyed that nobody seemed to care about my missing item. My wedding ring disappeared from the nightstand.

small room mandatory deposit charge
The reception staff were helpful. greg received a special mention. The staff at the entrances were greeting and smiling.
The room i booked was smaller than expected. I didn't appreciate that. there was only one restaurant operating. when i checked in, they made a mandatory deposit charge and charged extra for everything such as amenities and parking. It's like taxes on taxes, taxes on the taxes!

my room was a beautiful king room, and it was spacious. everything was immaculate, and the king bed was very comfortable! the hotel's location allowed convenient access to many local attractions. i appreciated the helpfulness of the staff and their quick responses to my inquiries.
the elevator wait times were occasionally a little longer than i anticipated. it wasn't a major problem, but something to consider.

The service was attentive. Staff addressed all requests efficiently and courteously. front desk personnel provided helpful directions and information. They were always smiling. valet service was prompt, and baggage handling was seamless.

the breakfast buffet offered a wide array of choices including both american and japanese options, i felt very pleased! the restaurant also served excellent coffee. the bar offered a relaxed atmosphere. with knowledgeable bartenders.

The indoor pool was heated and provided a relaxing swim! the fitness center included several treadmills and weight machines. i also visited the sauna and found it very clean and functional. I loved it.

the gym was clean. it had modern equipment.
i found out that the hotel tacked on a daily amenity fee. i was not informed of this ahead of time! it was like a hidden charge.
