the hotel location is very central a cable car station is right around the corner the bus station is one block away. you can reach any point in the city within minutes from there.

i found the pool to be a little on the cool side but it wasn't a major issue

i stayed in a standard room. the front desk offered a late check out because my flight was late. the parking was also very convenient (i really appreciated that).

the carpet perhaps needs changing, i have allergies. also, i found the gym a bit cold because the ac was on full blast (maybe they could adjust it).

i appreciated the hotel's central location and proximity to key attractions. the walk to many arts venues was short, and i found several restaurant choices on polk street and hayes valley. the self-parking onsite was a big plus.

the tub faucet in my room needed repair. i called, and it was fixed quickly, but it should have been checked beforehand.
