My stay was quite disappointing overall. While the hotel is in a great location near the beach and family-friendly attractions, I had serious issues with the management and the behavior of some guests. The rooms were spacious but in need of better upkeep. The staff was not as responsive as I had hoped, which added to the frustrations during my stay.
