My early check-in was handled very well. The staff were polite. I found the free hotel parking cheaper than other options. The closet was big. The location is walking distance to venues.

The location is amazing as I was close to everything important. The metro is also a few minutes away. The trolley stops right outside the door. I could see much of the city quickly.

The hotel location is very convenient with access to buses and trains. I loved the complimentary water, tea, and coffee available in the lobby 24 hours a day. The staff was friendly and helpful, assisting with early check-in and luggage storage after checkout. My room was clean and well kept.
The bathroom had random banging noises and the walls seemed thin. I could hear conversations in the adjacent room clearly, distracting. Since there is no air conditioning, it was necessary to open the window, however, this amplified the noise.

I appreciated the complimentary coffee and tea available 24/7. Fresh popcorn in the lobby each evening was a nice, unexpected touch. The big walk-in closet provided ample space for luggage and clothing.
The lack of air conditioning in the room was noticeable. Opening the window to cool the space resulted in increased noise from the street.

the location proved convenient.. i easily accessed nearby attractions. the room offered a pillow menu, a feature i found unique. lobby cookies and filtered water were available all day.
the room's fan wasn't particularly effective at circulating air, and there was no portable air conditioner.

the staff, darryl and alesha, were helpful. they were patient answering our questions. fresh linens was daily and the room did smell clean.
our room had no electric outlets near the bedside table. it was difficult to charge devices. the mattress felt very soft, and i found it unsupportive.
