poor cleaning service lack of follow-up
the hotel's location was fairly convenient (about 20 minutes walk to many places).
The room cleaning was not good. On the second day, the trash was removed from the bin and left on the bathroom table. it was quite disappointing to see the poor quality of the cleaning service and lack of a follow-up check to ensure the room was properly cleaned. this situation was offensive.

tasty breakfast sauna area coffee stain popcorn floor
The breakfast was tasty and had a great choice. I experienced a sustainably mindful way of serving it. The swimming pool and sauna area were also nice (especially the outside pool in this industrial city surroundings).
The cleanliness was a major letdown. I saw coffee stains that weren't ours, likely left by the cleaning staff. The hallways had popcorn on the floor that remained there for days.

heated pool fun design complimentary drinks
The heated pool was amazing. I used it daily. the room had a quirky, fun design. It felt unique. the kiosk stocked with complimentary drinks and snacks was a great touch. I appreciated that detail.
the gym had spider webs, which i found unacceptable. it made me question the overall cleanliness standards.

Dinner was delicious and very healthy. i found the breakfast selection fabulous. It had many healthy options. there was a large variety of dishes, offering both classic and innovative choices, all fresh and delicious.

i appreciated the hotel's proximity to the metro. it made getting around simple. the breakfast offered fresh items and a varied selection. the restaurant staff maintained a clean buffet.
i found parking nearby difficult. the room felt small. the four-poster bed lacked curtains and seemed mostly decorative.
