i stayed in a superior beautiful double room. the room was quite spacious and very clean. i enjoyed a beautiful view overlooking Nyhavn. plenty of shops AND restaurants are nearby.
the waste containers underneath the window made terrible noise at night.

breakfast offered a good selection of breads, cheese, meat, and pastries. i was glad to see oat milk and decent coffee available from a machine. coffee in the lobby was appreciated.

The location was pretty good, I guess. It was close to some popular tourist spots.
The noise at night from the street was seriously annoying. Thudding music went on until midnight every single night. I wanted some sleep, not a rave.

The staff was nice and helpful. The breakfast offered a GREAT choice and fresh food selections. I found juices and hot drinks available at all times. I really appreciated the clean, decent-sized rooms.
I noticed a constant noise in the walls. It sounded like insects or an effect of the warm weather. This made sleeping a challenge, unfortunately.

I found the location excellent and easy to access many restaurants. The staff provided great service at the reception desk. I had a room overlooking the water which was ideal. The lounge downstairs offers complimentary tea and coffee. This was very useful.
I observed no kettle in the room, something I did miss.
