central location adequate selection helpful staff
location felt very central. i walked to many attractions. breakfast had adequate options. the staff were cute and helpful. they also let me leave luggage after i checkout.

adequate but with some issues
musty smell stained bedding
the room smelled musty upon arrival a strong odor of mildew lingered despite attempts to air it out i found a stain on the bedding that staff were slow to address the breakfast buffet lacked variety with the same limited options daily and a visible layer of dust coated some surfaces in the room i found these conditions affected the overall experience.

fantastic location helpful front desk difficult stairs faulty lighting
the location was fantastic. most major attractions were easily accessible. the front desk was super helpful and considerate of my needs. i was grateful for their assistance with directions and recommendations.
I was not aware that i would have to take a set of stairs after the elevator. it was difficult with my luggage. the hall lighting didn't work quickly. I was in the dark as i made my way.

main hub good value easy access
The location was amazing. it was just a five minute walk to commercial square, the city's main hub. rossio was also close. Only ten minutes. major attractions were very accessible on foot and there were many shops nearby. breakfast offered good value. The selection included everything needed.
we had to take stairs with our suitcases after getting off the elevator, and it was HARD.

spacious rooms clean rooms great access
The room I occupied was a premium double. The hotel included convenient access to all areas. The rooms themselves were spacious and very clean. The hotel supplied everything a guest would expect at its price point.
The room needed some little maintenance.

excellent location with clean room
attentive staff fresh bread perfect pressure clean room
the staff IS very attentive. breakfast includes a selection of cereals and fresh breads. cooked eggs are also AVAILABLE. the temperature and pressure of the shower feel perfect after a long day. i found the room was very clean.
The elevator does not reach all floors. Some stairs are required.

the location offered easy access to main attractions. i saved time by using nearby elevators to the castle area. this spot is near various shops and restaurants. It is a quiet sidewalk that i found very relaxing.
