convenient locationfriendly staffsound isolationprivacy issue
the location was really convenient. it was easy to get to buses and taxis. staff was friendly and gave us some tips on places for visit.
sound isolation is the worst i have ever seen. you can hear every step from the next room or the floor above. also you hear sounds from the shower next door. there isnt any privacy, and it made me uncomfortable.

adequate but with some issues
musty smellstained bedding
the room smelled musty upon arrival a strong odor of mildew lingered despite attempts to air it out i found a stain on the bedding that staff were slow to address the breakfast buffet lacked variety with the same limited options daily and a visible layer of dust coated some surfaces in the room i found these conditions affected the overall experience.

the location was fantastic. most major attractions were easily accessible. the front desk was super helpful and considerate of my needs. i was grateful for their assistance with directions and recommendations.
I was not aware that i would have to take a set of stairs after the elevator. it was difficult with my luggage. the hall lighting didn't work quickly. I was in the dark as i made my way.

The location was amazing. it was just a five minute walk to commercial square, the city's main hub. rossio was also close. Only ten minutes. major attractions were very accessible on foot and there were many shops nearby. breakfast offered good value. The selection included everything needed.
we had to take stairs with our suitcases after getting off the elevator, and it was HARD.

The room I occupied was a premium double. The hotel included convenient access to all areas. The rooms themselves were spacious and very clean. The hotel supplied everything a guest would expect at its price point.

the staff IS very attentive. breakfast includes a selection of cereals and fresh breads. cooked eggs are also AVAILABLE. the temperature and pressure of the shower feel perfect after a long day. i found the room was very clean.
The elevator does not reach all floors. Some stairs are required.
