Wonderful stay
friendly staff soft towel free water
I found the staff professional and friendly. The hotel provided plenty of shower gel, hand soap, shampoo, and hand cream (the little things matter). The towels were big, thick, and soft. I appreciated the complimentary in-room water and the common area lounge. the kitchen had various coffee types.
The noise from people walking around above was noticeable since it's an older building. This was a small inconvenience . I hope they can soundproof the ceilings in the future.

the breakfast included many choices. the staff were friendly and helpful. the open plan reception was nice. coffee and tea were available at all times.
the noise from people walking around above was bad. the area did not feel the safest. some towels need replacement. they were hard.

I found complimentary water, coffee, and pastries every day in the common area. This was such a treat. My room had a balcony with a nice neighborhood view. The decoration created a cute atmosphere. The room service kept everything super clean. They visited daily to ensure cleanliness. The staff was super friendly and helpful with local tips. They were always available to answer my questions.
The older building meant I could sometimes hear noise from other guests.

I enjoyed a very generous sized room with a balcony. The daily room service kept everything super clean. The staff was helpful. They offered local insights and promptly addressed my requests. Complimentary water, coffee, and pastries were available daily.
The walk from the Rossio Square metro requires navigating a significant number of stairs. This could pose a challenge for some guests. An elevator called Gloria is located a few minutes away, which provides access to Restauradores Metro station.
