clean room common space chocolate croissants rooftop views
The building provided sufficient common space. It included a fridge, a sink, a microwave, and a hot water heater. Rooms were cleaned daily. Tea, coffee, juice, and packaged chocolate croissants were available in the morning (a great touch for a quick start!). Views from the windows overlooked building rooftops.
The floor creaked. I could hear when other guests walked by my room.

The staff was very kind and helpful. Check-in was warm and professional. The staff seemed responsive and accommodating. I particularly appreciated the daily room service, with fresh towels provided every two days.

The room was super clean and cozy. The building dates back to the early 1900s. The room provided a unique view of the city from the upper floor. The rooftop window added a touch of magic (I really liked it!).

The location was perfect. Major downtown neighborhoods were within a short walk. The 28 trolley was easily accessible. Several bus lines stopped nearby. Metro stops were also close. The city felt vibrant.

The staff offered assistance readily. i could leave my luggage at the hotel free of charge until 8 pm after checkout. the place was both quiet and clean. the elevator works well. basically, the guesthouse provides commendable convenience for travelers..

The staff were very friendly! and helpful. They offered useful tips. The cleanliness was really good, and the rooms were cleaned daily. I appreciated the availability of coffee, tea, and bread in the communal area. The location was convenient, close to Santos station.
The noise from the hallway was noticeable. I could hear people walking past my room.
