central location spacious room comfortable beds
The apartment had a great central location. It was still quiet. The room was quite spacious and clean. The beds provided were especially comfortable.
There was no iron available at the hotel. I found this surprising for a 4-star hotel.

This location was super convenient. I really appreciated the kind staff. Our room included a comfortable bed and was spacious. I found several nice cafes and restaurants nearby.
The shower stall seemed a little small, but it was workable.

central location tea selection shower gel missing iron wet stains unpleasant smell
the location IS REALLY central. i found a kettle, tea, coffee, sugar, and creamer in my room. the bathroom even had shampoo, shower gel, and hand soap which was great!
There WASN'T an iron in the WHOLE hotel. i also saw some wet stains on the ceiling. the room smelled like old, wet pipes. It was not a pleasant experience.

Central Location and Helpful Staff
excellent staff superb location cozy atmosphere
The reception staff gave me a useful map upon my arrival. They also explained the best routes around the area. I found the location superb, being so close to attractions and various dining options. The hotel had a nice, cozy atmosphere.
The room lacked proper blackout curtains. This meant the room was quite bright early in the morning.

The staff was always available and very kind, including the owner (I could tell it was a very well-managed hotel). They changed the sheets every day, and the facilities were kept very clean. I appreciated that a lot.
