convenient location easy access good service
the location was really convenient with easy access to nearby shops. public transport was also very close which i used often. the front desk service was very good (i always felt supported).
the scrambled eggs ran out quickly during breakfast.

The location was central and provided easy access to public transport. The room had all necessary amenities. The staff members were cute, specifically Valerie, Miriam, and Anais. Dany, Thomas, Ahned, and Eric were fantastic as well.
The room I had was extra small. The carpet felt completely wet. I requested an iron, but the reception indicated they did not have one available. Breakfast was satisfactory but not excellent.

The hotel's location was excellent as it was near several Metro lines. The room included a kettle with tea and coffee.

perfect distance opera palace kind staff
the hotel's proximity to gare saint lazare was perfect for my travel plans to giverny and versailles. i easily accessed the opera palace garnier and lafayette galeries. the room and bathroom were clean. the staff was kind!
the lack of an available iron was inconvenient.
