The location was amazing, with easy access to attractions. the team was helpful! the room was clean and functional. I loved that. the air conditioning worked super quietly. That was a big plus.
The reception area felt a little tight when several people were checking in simultaneously. That was it though.

the location is amazing (everything is so close!). the room had nice lighting. the staff was very friendly and one gentleman at check-in had a masters in english. the breakfast was awesome with a delicious croissant.
I noticed that the hotel doesn't provide basic amenities like a toothbrush and toothpaste in the room. When i asked for toothpaste, they charged for it.

the hotel is near many great restaurants, shops, and landmarks. you can easily walk to the opera house and the louvre museum. there are also several small cafés for dining right on the street.

The staff are very helpful. They assisted me with directions and local recommendations. My room was a Standard Double, and it was well kept , with fresh linens. The location is excellent , close to many attractions.
The breakfast area was very small. It was hard to find a table. The room lacked complimentary bottled water.
