adequate location and small issues
convenient location comfortable beds breakfast area french breakfast
The location is very convenient. There are several metro stations close by, ALSO plenty of shops with food nearby. the beds were comfortable. the bathroom is large, clean and well-equipped, which i appreciated.
The breakfast was mediocre. It was not really a french breakfast. the breakfast area was not properly cleaned or sorted out, so it was hard to find a table and have a bite, IT was annoying.

amazing location helpful team functional room quiet air conditioning
The location was amazing, with easy access to attractions. the team was helpful! the room was clean and functional. I loved that. the air conditioning worked super quietly. That was a big plus.
The reception area felt a little tight when several people were checking in simultaneously. That was it though.

The elevator easily fits four people with luggage, great. breakfast was included. That provided a very convenient start to the day. It was delicious!

The hotel's location offered very easy access to various metro stops. several main city attractions are within walking distance. That was nice. it made sightseeing very convenient.

amazing location nice lighting friendly staff awesome breakfast
the location is amazing (everything is so close!). the room had nice lighting. the staff was very friendly and one gentleman at check-in had a masters in english. the breakfast was awesome with a delicious croissant.
I noticed that the hotel doesn't provide basic amenities like a toothbrush and toothpaste in the room. When i asked for toothpaste, they charged for it.

the hotel is near many great restaurants, shops, and landmarks. you can easily walk to the opera house and the louvre museum. there are also several small cafés for dining right on the street.

The staff are very helpful. They assisted me with directions and local recommendations. My room was a Standard Double, and it was well kept , with fresh linens. The location is excellent , close to many attractions.
The breakfast area was very small. It was hard to find a table. The elevator was slow. There was only one elevator , and it got crowded during peak hours. The room lacked complimentary bottled water.
