poor soundproofing hallway noise
I appreciated the central location. the lack of soundproofing was a HUGE issue. I could hear EVERYTHING from the hallway. I could also hear the people in the next room. This made it difficult to relax and sleep soundly.

The hotel location is near the opera. The staff was polite and helpful. The room was bigger than other hotels i stayed. The breakfast included fresh, tasty dishes.
They were doing building work. The work started early on saturday. The air conditioning was UNUSABLE, and the room was warm. The comforter smell was unpleasant too.

elegant stay in a convenient location
convenient location good breakfast helpful staff
i found the location quite advantageous , with easy access to both a metro station and the hop-on-hop-off bus. the breakfast provided a good variety. the staff were consistently helpful and amiable , always ready to assist with any inquiries or needs. i particularly appreciated the cleanliness and orderliness throughout the hotel.
the hotel used traditional keys instead of card keys , which meant i had to leave my key at the reception every time i left the building , this was a bit inconvenient.

the breakfast buffet featured fresh foods and drinks to satisfy various palates , a welcome start to each day. two coffee machines were available in the breakfast area , which reduced waiting times.

the room was equipped with a kettle , cups , spoons , and glasses , enabling easy preparation of hot beverages. the bathroom was unexpectedly spacious , it featured quality fixtures. the bed and linens were without fault.

Fantastic Stay-Definitely Coming Back!
great location attentive staff super clean room
The location was amazing. I found it close to everything. The room was larger than expected, and it was super clean. I really appreciated the helpful staff, as they were always available and attentive.
I experienced some noise from nearby rooms. The soundproofing wasn't perfect.

the location was amazing , placing me right in the heart of everything. the staff's friendliness and helpful attitude, always there to assist. i especially appreciated the stylish and clean environment throughout the hotel, it felt so fresh.
i noticed the elevator seemed a bit slow sometimes.
