The hotel location was convenient. It was a short walk to shops and restaurants. The bed was quite comfortable with a huge mattress. The tablet to manage the lights and temperature was interesting. I am grateful for these aspects.
The room was very warm. I had to purchase a fan since the windows do not open. Controlling the bathroom lights required the iPad at night. This disturbed my partner. I found out that room cleaning needs a request the night before. Trying to arrange it in the morning was too late.

Modern and Convenient Stay!

this is my third time at a CitizenM hotel and i LOVE it. The central location made it easy to walk to many sights and attractions. the room has everything i needed, including a desk that's perfect for getting some work done. The staff were friendly and ready to assist with any questions i had.
my only concern was that the room felt a bit small, although it was smartly designed, more space would have been helpful. this was only a minor inconvenience though!

The hotel features a modern lobby area with a bar, café, and restaurant. Someone walked past with a coffee that looked delicious. There is also a work area and lounge space available . It's a great alternative to the room. Umbrellas are available for borrowing, a useful touch, given the local weather.

The King Room includes ac and blackout curtains, ensuring a comfortable sleep. Lighting, temperature and the tv are all controlled via an iPad, pretty cool. A desk is present for work, and there are day and night curtain options.

the staff was friendly and helpful i arrived early and was given a room right away the location proved very convenient i walked everywhere in under 20 minutes the espresso martini was perfect and the irish coffee was a true masterpiece
i found the room heating inadequate it did not reach a comfortable temperature

I had booked the wrong date, and i was told that the issue would be fixed with no extra charge. however, i was later charged an extra fee for the mistake! then i never received the manager call that was promised to me.

mixed experience
small roominconvenient sink
i found the room somewhat small. it was like a student dorm more than a hotel room. the sink being outside the bathroom meant i must open the door after using the toilet to wash my hands. it is not convenient and lacks privacy. also, the bed was too high for me, especially since i have mobility issues.
