super central!
efficient staff central location
the staff was super friendly and efficient (charlene was the best!). the location rocks, close to the louvre and shopping, it just made everything so easy.
i noticed a slight odor in the hallway carpet, it just needs extra cleaning.

my superior double room was very clean and spacious. there was a mini fridge, an electric kettle with tea, and instant coffee, a very nice surprise. the bathroom had all necessary amenities, including fresh towels.

mediocre stay NEAR opera
small room dirty carpets
the location was, okay i GUESS.
The room felt pretty small. the staff never mentioned the free coffee or snacks. I only learned about it after i left, annoying. also, the CARPETS were stained, dirty and generally kinda gross. that WASN'T ideal!
