mixed feelings about this stay
limited room service unreliable internet
I found the room service quite limited. it seems there's no service available unless you're willing to pay extra, which i found odd. also, the bed linen was not changed during my 4-night stay. The internet service was unreliable at times.

spacious room bathroom tub great location
The room was spacious. It featured a bathroom tub, it was over the top. The location was great, I was near everything. The staff helped anyway they could, I am grateful.

underwhelming service overshadows good location
cooling air conditioning reception mistake
the location allowed easy walks to most places i wanted to see it was acceptable
the lack of cooling air conditioning made the room uncomfortable i bought chocolate that melted into soup because of the heat reception called at 10am on a weekend they forgot to take my passport details a mistake that inconvenienced me greatly and without apology
