Decent apartment overall
great location central location clean apartment hard bed uncomfortable sofa dark apartment
The apartment location is great. Public transport is easily accessible and close to many attractions. The apartment was clean and maintained well. It seemed that everything was handled with care.
The bed was quite hard. The sofa shared similar firmness therefore both were uncomfortable. The air conditioner could not be adjusted to cool the apartment sufficiently. The apartment felt a bit dark.

Mixed Feelings About My Stay
firm bed small shower
The apartment was clean upon arrival and had adequate facilities.
The bed proved to be unusually firm, it affected my sleep quality. There was a distinct shortage of towel bars in the bathroom, it made organization difficult. The shower was also uncomfortably small.

tram access apartment space quiet neighborhood electric heater boiler function poor solution
The apartment space was generous. Tram access across the street was very convenient. I found the location good for walking... The neighborhood seemed quiet at night.
The boiler technically was not functioning for hot water. An electric heater was provided after our request. This heater was a poor solution. I had called the reception multiple times about the issue.

stylish stay!
tasteful design well-equipped space lovely staff
the apartment's design was tasteful. i appreciated the well-equipped space. the little extras added special touches to the stay. staff at the check-in were also lovely and cute, i really felt charmed.
the air conditioner settings were a little off, and i couldn't quite adjust it to my liking.

The location is excellent. I found many attractions within a short walk. i also saw a tram stop right outside the building. that makes getting around really simple, we loved the spot.

i noticed a cafe connected to the hotel. the staff there were super friendly. during my stay, i went to the cafe twice. they seemed to have a good menu for breakfast.

poor solution small shower
the location was acceptable, near a tram stop.
i found a couple of issues. the boiler clearly wasn't working properly, though i called several times about the hot water. it took three days for them to even acknowledge the problem. they gave me an electric heater. the solution was quite poor. also the shower was small.
