convenient location tidy room quiet atmosphere
The location is convenient with transport and supermarkets nearby. I found the hotel very clean and tidy. It was very quiet. I didn't hear any noise. Breakfast offered a good selection of options.

The room featured air conditioning that i could adjust. This helped greatly. there was lots of space in the underground garage. the hotel breakfast was fresh.

clean and Convenient Stay
friendly staff convenient access calm location
i found the staff friendly and always available at reception. vending machines in the lobby provided easy access to snacks and drinks. the location worked well for me since it was calm at night, yet a short drive to popular spots.
I noticed that the ac was not functioning well. I had to change rooms, and even then, it was not fixed .

Breakfast was good with a super tasty coffee. I found the breakfast selection quite varied and satisfying and the coffee added a nice touch to start the day, it was nice.

The hotel is well maintained. The proximity to the florenc metro station makes transportation very convenient, and supermarket is nearby and easy to get to.

My twin room was nice and clean. It included a table and a chair, beneficial for working, the room had good temperature control making it comfortable.

The staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The administrator was very attentive and realised my wish, i appreciated the passcode security feature for room entry.

convenient location daily housekeeping warm duvet
the location was really convenient (a short walk to the metro!). my room was cleaned daily. the duvet on the bed felt thick and warm, and that was very nice.

The hotel's location was excellent! it was just a short walk to the metro station was good, though the area was quiet. I found the added security of using a passcode for the room was reassuring, and it's different from typical keycard systems. The room was clean and included a table and chair. I found that very useful.
The pillow was too thin, though extra ones were provided when requested.
