amazing hotel experience!
attentive receptionist comfortable breakfast room great food choices
i loved the attentive receptionist, they helped with our luggage and gave us great information! the breakfast room was super comfortable and big , and the food was really well done with lots of choices. it was so great to have a good, long breakfast time too!
the walls seemed a bit thin , i could hear some noise from other rooms.

our beautiful double room included a mini fridge, kettle, and coffee and tea supplies , it was super convenient. the bathroom was newly renovated and super clean , it had a really modern and clean feel, which i loved a lot.

the breakfast had a wide range of options including many vegetarian choices , i appreciated it. the buffet had fresh items regularly , the staff were quick to refill everything. the dining area was spacious , there was always somewhere to sit and enjoy breakfast.

the location was convenient , i could easily walk to many historical sites. access to public transport was simple , the metro and tram stops are very close. the hotel's architecture was awesome , it had this beautiful classic feel.

food choices helpful receptionist tram line shopping center
the breakfast included sausages, eggs and pastry, so i was happy with food choices. monica at reception assisted me well . the hotel location near the tram line was convenient. also, the hotel is close to a shopping center.
the room i had was a little small for two people. the lighting in the room was also insufficient.

i found a spacious room. it had comfortable beds and a working shower. the hotel features a convenient luggage room , allowing early exploration. breakfast was delicious , with many choices.
i noticed some noise from the corridor , it was disruptive. the noise affected the calm i needed.

unwelcoming receptionist impersonal service
The location allowed easy access to the city center.
The receptionist was not cute, and their service felt impersonal. i expected a warmer reception after a long journey. This negatively affected my initial impression.

The breakfast offered many options. I especially liked the fresh pastries. The staff was helpful. They arranged an early breakfast for me (i really appreciated that). The room was clean, and i had no issues . The location is near a large shopping center.
The walls were a little thin. I could sometimes hear noise from other rooms.

The hotel's location was fantastic. It was near many bars, restaurants, and shops. The room suited my needs perfectly, providing exactly what i required at a reasonable price. The check-in process was straightforward and efficient, and i found the staff to be quite friendly.
The room could benefit from a bit more thorough cleaning, as i noticed a few minor spots that were missed.
