the staff were lovely and friendly. the service was really good.

the phone in the room wasn't working. I tried to call reception for over 30 minutes without reply. I had to go to the lobby to find someone and the issue was NEVER resolved

The room had a filtered water tap, a REAL bonus. The location provides easy access to China town and several restaurants.

The hvac system was always preset to 23. It took some time for it to adjust.

raymond at the front desk was very helpful. he remembered my name and offered good sightseeing tips. the room was very clean. the breakfast buffet had a wide choice of items.

modern room spacious feel quiet breakfast limited storage few hangers tricky powerpoint

The room was very modern with a spacious feel! i really liked the access to the club lounge on the 17th floor. It was great for a quiet breakfast. it was nice to have such a big common area, perfect for getting some work done and drinking coffee!!!

I found the room storage to be quite limited. there was just one long shelf and a couple of small drawers. also, the clothes rack only had 3 hangers at first. I had to ask for more. discovering the hairdryer power point hidden behind the drawer was a little tricky, a sign would help!
