the location proved advantageous, providing convenient access to the train and nearby dining options.
The shared bathrooms were a significant issue. Toilets and showers combined with no separation resulted in perpetually wet floors i found quite unpleasant.

the location proved fantastic i found it really close to the train and food options nearby were super the pod included good privacy also the fan worked

convenient location excellent wifi complimentary drinks friendly staff
i found the location really amazing, right in chinatown and just a few minutes from the mrt station. the wifi worked really well. they offered free water and coffee (i do love a free coffee!). the staff were also very friendly and let me store my luggage.
the phone charger port in my pod wasn't working. i had to use one in the common room, a bit inconvenient.

The location was acceptable it was near an MRT station.
The pod was not soundproofed noise from other guests was a problem. I could hear them talking and moving around at all hours.

The location is convenient. It is near public transportation and many restaurants. Free water, coffee, and tea are available at all times.
Lockers had an unpleasant odor. The laundry on-site was convenient though expensive. The air conditioning was turned off mistakenly, I was not offered a refund, which I found unreasonable.

Convenient Chinatown Stay
supportive staff free drinks secure locker
I found the staff really supportive. They were friendly and helpful with directions. The free water, coffee, and tea were a definite plus (i always appreciate a good cuppa!). The lockers provided a secure space for my belongings. I felt safe leaving my things there.
I noticed a slight smell upon entering the room. Perhaps airing it out more frequently could help. The capsule cleaning could improve. Some dust was visible on the inside. I think these capsules must be thoroughly cleaned daily.

Staff members were supportive. They answered questions about the area and provided assistance. They were well-behaved and very nice. I felt quite welcomed and looked after during my brief stay. I was very happy about it.

Lockers were available and secure. This ensured my belongings were safe. There were lots of charging sockets available. This allowed for convenient charging of my devices. A common area was available for drinks.

The capsule was quite clean. I slept comfortably. The beds are separated into different chambers. This ensures privacy. The bathroom was quite good. Shampoo and body wash were provided (very convenient!).
