Fantastic Location and Comfortable Stay!
subway proximity polite staff spacious room
I appreciated the hotel's proximity to the subway. Staff members were polite and helpful. I also enjoyed the views from the room. It was bigger than I expected in Japan.
The windows in the room do not open. Ventilation was not great.

The traditional-style room included tatami mats and shoji walls. I found the ambience pleasant. It had extensive lighting options. The sink and toilet are conveniently separated from the shower and tub.

The location was great! It was a short walk to the subway station. I appreciated that umbrellas were available when it rained. Breakfast had a good variety, including Japanese options.
The room felt quite small. There was little space for luggage.

Mixed Experience at Hotel
impersonal check-in lack of amenities
The hotel is conveniently close to the train station. The location made getting around fairly easy.
The digital check-in felt impersonal and odd (I prefer human interaction). There were very few places to hang towels in the bathroom. The room lacked basic amenities like coffee and cutlery. I expect more in a hotel at this price point.
