The staff was very helpful. i really appreciated the washer and dryer in my room. soap was provided. the location was great, close to nishiki market and other main sites. It made exploring easy.
the air conditioning in my room was very warm even though it was 0 degrees celsius outside. i was not able to adjust the temperature. it was a minor discomfort.

the staff were attentive and provided help with luggage transfer to tokyo easily, what i needed.
The washing and drying machine was too small. It only handled a few clothes at once. the wi-fi signal was inconsistent with frequent drops.
