Romantic Getaway in a Central Location

magnificent location spacious apartment modern decor quiet atmosphere
The location was magnificent! The vibrant streets and attractions were easily accessible. The apartment itself was spacious and clean. I especially loved the modern decor and quiet atmosphere. It really was like a private retreat.
I found the windows a bit difficult to open. They seemed slightly worn. It's a minor thing, but fresh air is always welcome.

adequate location

main street city view bad support parking issue
the location worked well. it is in the middle of everything on the main street. morning coffee with a city view was really nice.
support service was not good. i offered the company to book parking but security had no data about my car. i spent one hour in the rain trying to figure things out.

faulty thermostat poor app performance
The room temperature control was a total joke. It was stuck at what reminded me of sauna levels. I had to crack all the windows open just to breathe. the TV situation wasn't great. The YouTube app acted like it was from the Stone Age, buffering every two seconds.

Excellent central apartment

roof terrace amazing view perfect location
The apartment had two bathrooms, so sharing was easy for a group. A REALLY nice roof terrace provided amazing views. The location was perfect. We could walk to the Astronomical Clock, the Castle, and boat cruises. The apartment was CLEAN and provided everything we needed.
The support service was BAD. I offered the company to book parking, but the security staff had no data about my car. I spent an hour in the rain, calling support to resolve the PARKING situation. We asked for a refund and parked elsewhere.

locked terraces staff communication
The lack of staff presence was a bit unsettling (perhaps I'm just too used to traditional hotels). I messaged the staff several times and never received a response, which isn't ideal when you need assistance. the terraces were advertised as a key feature, but they were locked during my entire stay. I found it quite misleading, and I missed having the chance to relax outside.

central location spacious apartment supermarket access distant parking communication lack locked terraces
the location was central (right on the main square). i found the apartment very spacious and the kitchen even had a dining area. i also appreciated the building had a supermarket inside with long opening hours.
the closest parking was a 15-minute walk (over stone sidewalks). it proved quite difficult carrying luggage that far. i also found a huge lack of communication from the staff and my messages often went unanswered. finally, the terraces advertised were locked, so i did not have access.

distant parking stone sidewalks
the advertised parking was quite a distance away, approximately a 15-minute walk. this walk included navigating stone sidewalks , which proved difficult when carrying luggage. i found this inconvenient , as i expected closer parking. it made arrival and departure more challenging.
