afternoon tea quiet room deep cleaning inflated price
the staff was cute and helpful. the breakfast was good and they offered afternoon tea. the rooms are well appointed and quiet.

rooftop views public transport
the rooftop terrace offered fantastic views. the location was also ideal as it was near public transport, made getting around easy.
The elevator was sometimes slow. It seemed like there was only one operational.

the location near the city center was acceptable, with landmarks within walking distance.

Amazing stay!

warm welcome delicious breakfast convenient location helpful staff
The staff offered a warm welcome upon arrival! I received a welcome drink and useful information about the hotel. Breakfast included pastries, a cooked breakfast, cereal, yoghurt, and fruit. The location provides convenient access to local sights, even with mobility aids.
The water pressure could have been better during peak hours, though it wasn't a major issue.

The hotel sits in a quieter area, near tram stops, and main attractions are easily accessible. I found local restaurants nearby, offering both local and international cuisine. Olympia is just one example. The convenience was GREAT!!!

The staff were consistently friendly and helpful throughout my stay. They answered all my questions. I enjoyed chatting with the staff at the end of each day, and their interest felt genuine. Marcela and Petr were especially nice.
