Excellent Location and Helpful Staff!

The hotel location was superb, right in the heart of the action!!! There were numerous food options just downstairs. a bus stop was conveniently located across the street. We received complimentary water bottles daily, a thoughtful touch I appreciated. The staff assisted me in planning my journeys. Their help was invaluable.
The hotel decor seemed a bit dated. It could use some refurbishment.

the location was convenient. i easily accessed shops and restaurants (that was a big plus for me). the washing machines and dryers were very useful .
the hotel did not offer tea or coffee in the room.

a central haven of delights
corner roomexcellent soundproofinglong walk
The staff greeted us warmly and upgraded us to a larger corner room. I loved that i could stream netflix on the big tv. the soundproofing worked perfectly, so we did not hear traffic. the beds felt large and comfortable.
the hotel is near shops, though the train station is far. it took forty minutes to walk there.

The hotel provides washing machines and dryers for guest use. I found this to be very practical. breakfast included french toast. there were multiple chairs available to sit on.

The location is in the heart of the district. Nishiki market is nearby. big shops are just a short walk away. i found many restaurants close by, made dining out easy.
