The room had great amenities. I found complimentary toiletries and pajamas provided. I could pay separately. The breakfast was AMAZING!!!

The hotel is near two train stations. This made travelling around the area easier. I found it convenient that many tourist areas were within walking distance.
The hotel seems old and could use some updates. It didn't quite meet the standard i expected for a nikko hotel. The room felt a bit outdated.

a good stay!
spacious room shopping district train station laundry room
the superior triple room city view non-smoking was spacious, a plus for our family. i loved that it was a short walk to the main shopping district, kawaramachi-dori!!! plus, it was super convenient being close to the shijo train station. there was even a laundry room with three machines, so doing laundry was easy.
the location requires a bit of walking to the main train station.

the staff was helpful and cute. the concierge service stood out, with staff members knowledgeable and genuinely eager to assist with planning activities. their professionalism made a positive impression.
