broken phone loud air conditioning
the location was acceptable.
The room was not up to par. The phone didn't work. blinds would not close properly. a very loud air conditioning unit outside the window made sleep impossible.

nice staff tasty cookies cold room lukewarm water
the staff were nice. they showed me all the amenities. the complementary cookies in the room were also a nice touch. they were tasty.
my room was cold. i could not get the heat to turn on. the shower water was lukewarm. even the hallway leading to the room was cold.
