The front desk staff were available around the clock. Breakfast offered good choices to start the day well. The room was spacious enough for our needs and had large windows. I found the staff helpful, both at the front desk and in the kitchen, they quickly addressed our questions.
It took a while to get to the upper floors.

The breakfast buffet included a variety of options such as cold cuts, cheeses, breads and warm dishes. Coffee, tea, and juice were also available. It was served in a dedicated dining area located near the lobby and there were enough tables to seat all guests comfortably.

The double room had a king bed, two bedside tables with lamps, and a desk. there was a wardrobe with hangers, extra pillows in the closet, and blackout curtains. The bathroom contained a shower, a sink, a mirror, and complimentary toiletries.

The hotel is conveniently situated with a tram stop located only a short walk away, a subway station is within walking distance, providing easy access to the main train station. I walked to the city center in about 15 minutes. though the traffic was present

The hotel's location is fantastic, providing easy access to the city center. I found the breakfast included a great variety of options and the service was very efficient. The hotel even allowed me to store my bags after checkout since I had a late flight. I found this very convenient.
The lack of tea and coffee facilities in the room was a slight inconvenience.

The WiFi was practically unusable in the room, frustrating! I needed it for work, but I could barely load a webpage. the two twin beds pushed together were quite uncomfortable. They kept separating during the night. It felt cheap, and it impacted my sleep negatively.

i found the hotel very clean upon arrival. my room included a nice balcony, i must say. the staff was helpful with directions. breakfast each morning gave me enough energy for the day.
wifi signal wasn't strong on the fourth floor.
