Convenient Location AND Excellent Service
convenient location bus station excellent service polite receptionists
I appreciated the convenient location. The bus station was right in front. The MRT station was nearby, a definite plus. Numerous restaurants and convenience stores were in the vicinity. The receptionists were kind and polite, and the service was excellent overall.
The standard room was a bit dysfunctional. I found the bed difficult to access. I had to crawl across the top of it to get in.

My room had complimentary drinks, and bathroom supplies. I found that very helpful. The room was quiet with a comfortable bed. It made for a good night's sleep.

There are many Turkish and Lebanese restaurants adjacent to the hotel. I also saw bistros and Asian restaurants nearby. Several 7/11 stores are also in the immediate area, so I had plenty of choices.

The hotel has a laundry area available 24/7. I really appreciated that i could wash my clothes. The hotel provided a handy phone with data and local calls to use.

convenient location local cuisine
i found the location convenient for exploring local cuisine and culture. i loved that i could easily walk to many food options and interesting places (it.).
My room smelled slightly of dampness upon arrival. i felt the room needed a more thorough deep clean. It was noticeable, especially in the paintwork.
