The hotel location was very convenient. Most attractions were easily accessible by foot. The staff were helpful. They offered useful advice for navigating the area. The breakfast had a good variety. I found many delicious options.
Housekeeping did not seem very consistent. Glasses were not replaced during my entire stay. Bedding was not changed either. I had to ask for an additional towel one day.

mixed feelings about this stay
poor room service dirty bathroom
the location was acceptable, close to many places i wanted to see.
I was quite UNHAPPY with the room service. it was essentially non-existent. I tried to order a simple meal one evening, but nobody ever answered the phone. also, the bathroom didnt seem cleaned thoroughly. i found some hairs on the floor near the shower and the sink was dusty. This oversight made me question the overall hygiene standards.

Fantastic Stay!
really good service freshly made super convenient
Dima and Eugenii at the reception desk provided really good service. I enjoyed the breakfast service , especially the freshly made omelettes. The location is super convenient for exploring the area. The staff addressed every request I had , and it was all great!
The heater was quite strong, and I couldn't seem to adjust it in the room, so it got a little dry overnight. I really want to adjust this in the future!

friendly staff amazing location late checkout quiet hotel
I found the staff very friendly and accommodating at the reception. I was able to leave my bags after the check out. The hotel gave me the option of a late check out for an extra charge. The location was very quiet and amazing.
The glasses in my room were not changed . Housekeeping could have been more attentive. I requested a towel one time.

kate from reception was fantastic!!! she cared about the quality of my stay. she personally walked me through three room options. i chose a gorgeous room with lots of wood beams. i felt very well cared for!
the hotel didn't feel 100% clean. housekeeping was hit and miss. the glasses in the room were not changed. the bedding was also not changed.
