mixed feelings on central location

small room neglected cleanliness

the location was central , made getting around convenient.

The single room felt small, its dimensions were barely sufficient for movement. the shared toilet situation proved inadequate. Cleanliness was obviously neglected. the overall state of the room need improvements significantly.

Basic stay with Friendly Host

I found the location REALLY convenient. The tram station close by made it easy to get around. The host, Mario, was very helpful. His friendliness. The room had basic facilities. They suited my needs for a short visit.

The stairs were narrow, and i found them slightly challenging with luggage.

mario was indeed helpful throughout my stay he answered all my questions with patience i found the location really convenient as it was close to many attractions the room had a heating system that worked well i thought this was a bonus during the colder evenings.

the stairs were steep and narrow i had some difficulty carrying my luggage up i wish there had been some assistance with this or perhaps a clearer warning beforehand

kind owner excellent location clean facilities

Mario, the owner, was kind and always ready to assist. He ensured we had everything we needed, a lovely surprise. The hotel's location is excellent. I found the cleanliness of the facilities to be a major plus.

The stairs were quite steep. This could be a problem for some guests.

I really liked the central location! mario was super helpful. He accommodated all my needs. the room was simple, but it totally matched my expectations! i'd book here again for sure.

the tap in my room didn't work too well. it wasn't a huge deal, but i had to keep it running a bit to stop the noise from the toilet.

The room was small. Barely any space existed around the bed. It lacked basic amenities like a desk or chair to place belongings (I had to keep my suitcase on the floor). Light was also minimal. Climbing the steep stairs to reach our floor was difficult. I wish there had been a common area, as one rainy day, we wanted to relax without being confined to our uncomfortable room.

Central Location with Excellent Staff

The location is very central, very close to everything. The reception guy, Marco, helped with my luggage. He was very nice. I felt safe as a woman. The room was also nice.

The stairs to the room were very high and narrow. It was difficult to climb them. I used a luggage service to manage my bags.
